Fees
Our fees are very competitive for comparable services & experience. The inspection fee varies depending on square footage and the age of house whether there is a crawl space and several other factors. Please fill out the "Book an Inspection" form and we will respond with a quote based on the information submitted. If, upon arrival, we find the information provided to be incorrect Above & Beyond Home Inspections Inc. reserves the right to adjust the fee as needed.
Choosing the right inspector can
be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will
not get to meet us until after you hire
us. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying
qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods,
and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a
home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a
thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual
inspectors own effort. If you honor us by
